Successfully completed the course requirements in the Labor Studies- Advanced Certificate Program at Cornell University. Additional studies at the Murphy Institute CUNY presently enrolled at the Labor College with an expected graduation date in 2012. Successful Industrial and Labor Relations are paramount to the existence of America's middle class. I dedicate my studies to advancement of the Labor Movement and my fellow rank and file members.
6 Years with Budweiser. 3+ Years Local 812 as a Driver and night Warehouse Worker. I would like to help bridge the communication gap between the union and its members. Recent years have brought an infusion of hardworking members who haven't been exposed to the shortcomings and flaws of this tarnished union. Language barriers have become a critical impediment that has stunted the growth of member participation. I want to be the voice to relay ALL union activity to ALL union members. By definition, insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Let's NOT do the same thing that we have come to see has failed us. It is time for change

In addition I would hope to vastly improve communication to the members about just what the union stands for, what their rights are as members and what they should expect from the union. Lastly and certainly not least the health care must be improved!!!!!
